Il déclare que des soldats à bord d'un bateau piloté par un membre du FRAPH, Yofou, ont sauté dans son propre bateau de pêche et l'ont forcé à piloter. Il a assisté à la fusillade lors de laquelle ils ont tiré sur Rosiane Profil et Déborah Charles.
