  • Testimony of Wilner Rémilien, who describes being arrested by Jean Tatoune during the Raboteau massacre. Jean Tatoune tied a rock to him to drown him in the ocean. Jean Tatoune made Rémilien retrieve a dead body from the sea; the victim had been shot three times. He spent eight days in prison. He also describes the actions of Wilson Casséus, Castera Cénafils, and Saddam Hussein (Eliancy, Norélus Mondélus). Defense attorney Gabrielle Domingue says that the witnesses are going after Jean Tatoune today. The testimony of Séraphin Célony begins. He describes the death of his brother Luckner Antoine, who died tied together with Charité Cadet in a small boat filled with blood. Célony says he never saw people from Raboteau invading the military post in Raboteau. Testimony of Willy Charles begins.

Il le força à aller récupérer un cadavre, perçé de trois balles, qui flottait sur l'eau. Rémilien passa ensuite huit jours en prison. Il décrit aussi les actions de Wilson Casséus, de Castera Cénafils et de Saddam Hussein (alias Eliancy et Norélus Mondélus). Gabrielle Domingue, l'avocate des accusés, se plaint que tous les témoins du jour accusent Cénafils. Séraphin Célony monte à la barre. Il raconte la mort de son frère Luckner Antoine, qui expira attaché à Charité Cadet dans un canot rempli de sang. Il déclare qu'il n'a jamais vu les habitants de Raboteau envahir la caserne.
