Temwayaj Marie-Denise Fleury kontinye. Jou 22 avril 1994, 8 sòlda anba direksyon Lyetnan Wilson Casséus kraze pòt lakay Fleury devan pitit li yo pou sòlda yo te ka antre, kote yo bat li, fouye l, vòlè lajan li, epi kraze zafè li. Casséus te mete zam nan tèt li epi ensiste pou li montre yo kote zam yo kache, malgre li pat gen zam. Avoka defans Stanley Gaston mande Fleury si li konn gen twoub memwa. «Ki vle di m se yon moun ki krezi, m fòl? Haha, non, majistra, janmen!”
Continuation of Marie-Denise Fleury's testimony. On April 22, 1994, eight soldiers under Lieutenant Wilson Casséus forced their way into her home in front of her children, beat her, stole her money, destroyed her possessions. Casséus put a gun to her head, and insisted she show them where the firearms were hidden, though she had no firearms. They threatened to make her eat feces, and asked her about her "father," by which they meant Aristide. She was made to lie in a canal filled with filthy water, along with other people. Attorneys return to the death of Valcius Valcin, and the roles of Jean Tatoune and Louisnock in Valcin's death. Marie-Denise has known Jean Tatoune for years, and used to hide him. Attorneys ask if the people of Raboteau attacked the military post in Raboteau; she says she never understood what the problem between Cubain and the military was supposed to be. Defense attorney Stanley Gaston asks if she has memory problems. "Do you mean am I crazy? Haha, no, never!"
