Temwayaj Marie-Denise Fleury, sou sa li te viv 18 avril 1994, lè Louisnock Jeanty ak Jean Tatoune te touye bopè li, Valcius Valcin (papa Olgate Valcin). Yo te di yo t ap chèche papa Kiben, men yo te konnen trè byen Valcius Valcin te papa Olgate, li pa t papa Kiben. Walmyr te di Marie-Denise, «lè Olgate vini, w ap di Olgate pou mwen konsa, se zanmi l, Sèjan Walmyr, ki fè [papa l] pa mouri menm jou a». 22 avril 1994, vyolans lan eklate.   • Witness Etienne Parchemin describes the events of April 18, 1994, when he says he was beaten by a group of soldiers and civilians. Jean Tatoune was with them, but did not beat him. He describes dogs eating the dead bodies by the seashore. He is asked about his relationship with Cubain (Amiot Métayer). Jean Tatoune denies involvement. Testimony of Marie-Denise Fleury, who describes the events of April 18, 1994, including the killing of her father-in-law, Valcius Valcin (father of Olgate Valcius) by Louisnock Jeanty and Jean Tatoune. They claimed they were targeting Cubain's father, but they knew very well that Valcius Valcin was not Cubain's father. Walmyr told Marie-Denise "when Olgate comes home, tell him it was his friend Sergeant Walmyr that made it so [his father] didn't die that very day." On April 22, 1994, violence broke out. She describes Lieutenant Ménard killing young men in the street and forcing them to drink filthy water. The soldiers then began shooting at her door.

Jean Tatoune en faisait partie mais ne prit pas part au tabassage. Il décrit les chiens errants qui mangèrent les cadavres au bord de mer. On lui pose des questions au sujet de sa relation avec Cubain (Amiot Métayer). Jean Tatoune nie être impliqué. Témoignage de Marie-Denise Fleury qui raconte les événements du 18 avril 1994 et la mort de son beau-père Valcius Valcin (le père d'Olgate Valcius) après avoir été battu par Louisnock Jeanty et Jean Tatoune. Ils prétendirent avoir voulu cibler le père de Cubain, mais ils savaient très bien que lui et Valcius Valcin faisaient deux. Après avoir relevé Valcin, toujours en vie mais agonisant, Walmyr s'adressa à Marie-Denise Fleury : « quand Olgate rentrera, dis-lui que c'est son ami le sergent Walmyr qui a fait en sorte que son père ne soit pas mort aujourd'hui ». La violence éclata le 22 avril 1994. Fleury décrit comment le lieutenant Ménard tua des jeunes gens dans la rue et en força d'autres à boire de l'eau croupie. Les soldats commencèrent alors à tirer sur sa propre porte.
