Fifth day of the Raboteau trial, including continued objections by the defense attorneys, particularly Luc B. Pierre. Pierre again says he was aggressed by one of the plaintiffs, and says that he is not being accorded his allotted time in court. Includes interviews with Pierre outside of the courtroom. Pierre returns to the court to continue his argument that plaintiffs cannot testify on their own behalf if they are parties in the civil suit. Ministère Public representative Frénot Cajuste responds. Discussion of criminal versus civil law.
