  • Émission consacrée au problème de l’électricité en Haïti. L’Électricité d’Haïti est incapable de distribuer régulièrement le courant, le blackout règne, alors que les factures augmentent sans cesse. Beaucoup de résidents volent le courant (prises illégales) parce qu’ils croient que « voler l’État n’est pas voler ». Les invités sont des employés de l’Ed’H, Gilhomme Jean-Claude et Alix Clerveau, membres de la FESTRED’H (Fédération des syndicats des travailleurs de l’Électricité d’Haïti), avec le Dr. Michel Lominy.

Many people steal electricity, believing that "stealing from the state isn't stealing."
