  • Seven years after the assassination of Father Jean-Marie Vincent, Freud Jean, Vita Telcy, Reynald Clérismé, Olry Saint-Louis (of Fondation Jean-Marie Vincent) and Patrick Elie (of Fondation Eko Vwa Jean Dominique) remember the slain priest and his commitment to Haiti's peasantry. "Pè Janmari" was particularly focused on land rights (as in the case of Jean Rabel) and ending food aid and encouraging national production. In his work with Caritas, he supported the creation of the grassroots peasants' rights group Tèt Kole Ti Peyizan Ayisyen. They discuss how grassroots peasants' movements have been systematically hobbled. Seven years after his death, there still has not been justice for Jean-Marie Vincent. They link his assassination to other important moments of impunity, such as the killings of Antoine Izméry and Jean Dominique. Paul Dubois hosts.

  • Sept ans après l'assassinat du père Jean-Marie Vincent, Freud Jean, Vita Telcy, Reynald Clérismé, Olry Saint-Louis (de la Fondation Jean-Marie Vincent) et Patrick Elie (de la Fondation Eko Vwa Jean Dominique) se remémorent le prêtre martyr et son engagement en faveur des paysans d'Haïti. « Pè Janmari » luttait tout particulièrement pour l'accès aux terres (comme à Jean Rabel) et menait campagne pour remplacer l'aide alimentaire par une plus grande production nationale. Il soutint la création de l'organisation paysanne Tèt Kole Ti Peyizan Ayisyen à travers son travail avec Caritas.
