Minister of Justice Camille Leblanc and Jean Simon Saint-Hubert and Patrick Camille, both of POHDH, discuss justice and impunity in Haiti. They focus on the Carrefour-Feuilles massacre trial, the Raboteau massacre trial, and the investigation into the assassination of Jean Dominique. They also discuss the importance of archives in documenting human rights abuses, the need for judicial reform, and prisons and deportees, among other subjects. The program begins with voices of three witnesses who describe what they experienced during the Raboteau massacre. Hosted by Grégory Casimir.
Le ministre de la Justice, Camille Leblanc, accompagné de Jean Simon Saint-Hubert et Patrick Camille, deux responsables de la POHDH, discutent de la justice et de l’impunité en Haïti. Ils mettent l’accent sur le procès du massacre de Carrefour-Feuilles, le procès du massacre de Raboteau, et l’enquête sur l’assassinat de Jean Dominique. Ils parlent aussi de l’importance des archives pour documenter les violations des droits humains, de la nécessité d’une réforme judiciaire, des prisons, des déportés, parmi d’autres sujets.
