  • Danièle Magloire of ENFOFANM and Phoenix Viceron, a representative of the victims of the Carrefour-Feuilles massacre, discuss impunity. They address the differences between mobilization and organization -- the people must organize to defend their rights, because mobilization and "rache manyòk" are not sustainable over the long term. And people must not mobilize any which way, but many people in Haiti believe that destructive acts of violence and vandalism are the only way to make sure their voices are heard. Viceron describes the obstacles standing in the way of justice for the victims of the Carrefour-Feuilles massacre. Magloire discusses efforts to find justice for women who were raped during the coup years. The authorities could support the justice claims of the masses, but they talk without taking action. The guests also discuss the Jean Dominique case.

Viceron décrit les obstacles qui empêchent que la justice soit rendue pour les victimes du massacre de Carrefour-Feuilles. Magloire détaille les efforts mis en place pour rendre justice aux femmes qui furent violées pendant la période du coup d'État.
