- Description:

Lovinsky Pierre-Antoine, responsab Fondasyon 30 Septanm, abòde kesyon lajistis, enpinite, ak ensekirite. Li lokalize pwoblèm sa yon nan long istwa inegalite an Ayiti. Li pale sou efò otorite yo pou lite kont ensekirite ak wòl popilasyon an nan asire ke otorite yo ap pran responsabilite yo, sou kesyon depòte Etazini ak Kanada ap voye tounen an Ayiti, ak ki wòl yo ka jwe (oubyen pa jwe) nan ankouraje klima ensekirite sa a. Li pale tou sou pwojè refòm lajistis. Li di anpil èd entènasyonal se yon èd ipokrit li ye, paske li sèvi enterè peyi k ap bay yo. Pierre-Antoine pale sou òganizasyon dwa moun nan peyi Chili ak Ajantin k ap lite kont enpinite epi travay pou pèp la pa janm bliye enjistis ki te pase yo; li di Ayiti poko rive nan menm nivo pa rapò ak devwa memwa sa a.
Lovinsky Pierre-Antoine of Fondation 30 Septembre addresses questions of justice, impunity, and insecurity. He locates these problems in the long history of inequality in Haiti. He discusses the authorities' efforts to combat insecurity and the role of the population in holding them accountable, the question of Haitian-born deportees from the United States and Canada and their role they play (or do not play) in fostering this climate of insecurity, and the judicial reform project. He describes the hypocrisy of international aid that mainly serves the interests of the donor country. Pierre-Antoine discusses the efforts of grassroots groups in Chile and Argentina to combat impunity, make sure injustices are not forgotten, and the lack of such progress in Haiti. According to Pierre-Antoine, there can be no reparations without justice. They discuss in particular justice for women who were raped during the coup years. (It appears that the first part of the recording is missing.)
