Max Elibert, ansyen direktè Ministè Jistis la, pale sou defi sistèm jidisyè a ap afwonte, pa egzanp lefèt ke sistèm tribinal yo twò santralize epi li pa mache byen nan seksyon kominal yo, kesyon koripsyon ak «moun pa», ak kesyon jistis popilè ki konn rive lè pèp la konprann lapolis ak tribinal pa ka fè yo jwenn jistis. Dapre Elibert, malgre anpil difikilte ak delè, pwosè Raboto a pral fèt byento. Yo pale tou sou refòm jidisyè ak yon seri zak vyolans ki sot pase nan lavil Pòtoprens resaman. Plizyè oditè rele avèk kesyon sou lalwa ayisyen, batistè ak lòt dokiman ofisyèl, ak lòt sijè. Li gen ladan l tou yon mizik yon gwoup pleyan Raboto k ap chante ansanm pou mande jistis.
Max Elibert, former director of the Ministry of Justice, discusses the challenges facing the justice system, including the overcentralization of the court system and the functioning of the justice system in rural areas, corruption and nepotism, and vigilantism that occurs when people feel that the police and the court system cannot provide justice. According to Elibert, despite delays and difficulties, the Raboteau trial is almost ready to take place. They also discuss judicial reform and the recent spate of violence in Port-au-Prince. Listeners call with questions about Haitian law, birth certificates and other official documents, and other topics. Contains a song by a group of Raboteau plaintiffs, calling for justice.
