Pè Edner Devalcin, youn nan responsab pati Lavalas, pale sou eleksyon ki fèk fèt yo, sitou sou wòl eli lokal yo (KAZEK ak AZEK yo), ak sou reyaksyon kominote entènasyonal la aprè eleksyon yo. Anpil moun pè ap gen anbago, sitou yon anbago èd ameriken, paske eleksyon yo pa t bay rezilta pati repibliken Ozetazini te swete yo. Gen yon gwo konplo entènasyonal pou asire ke Ayiti echwe, epi Devalcin kritike kèk manm opozisyon ayisyen an k ap patisipe nan konplo pou fè Ayiti echwe a. Li pale tou sou kesyon ensekirite, jistis, ak enfrastrikti, an patikilye sou kesyon kouran.
Father Edner Devalcin, one of the leaders of the Lavalas party, discusses the recent elections, including the role of local government officials (ASECs and CASECs), and the international community's reaction to the elections. Many fear that foreign aid, particularly US aid, will be cut off in retaliation for the elections, which did not yield the results desired by the US Republican party. There is an international plan to ensure Haiti fails, and Devalcin criticizes some members of the opposition in Haiti, who according to him hate their own country and are conspiring to make it fail. He also discusses questions of insecurity, justice, impunity, and infrastructure, including electricity. According to Devalcin, people who create violent disorder are frequently described as "Lavalas" but they are not part of the political organization, they are simply people who are attracted to Aristide as a charismatic leader. "Hunger makes people chimères" he says, to which Montas says, "So can power." He explains Lavalas's decision to participate in the election alone, without other political parties who were part of the Lavalas movement (such as MOP and KOREGA).
