Includes the October 6, 1986 editorial on the reopening of Radio Haïti-Inter after being shut down by the Duvalier regime in 1980; the May 10, 1995 editorial on the reopening of Radio Haïti-Inter after returning following the end of the coup years, in which he pays tribute to the victims of Duvalierism and of the coup d'état; and the March 2, 1997 reopening of Radio Haïti's AM transmitter following an act of vandalism.
