Twa kandida pou sena -- Lafontant Joseph, Gérard Romulus, ak Seymour Romain -- reponn a kesyon oditè poze yo, epi yo pataje pwogram politik pa yo ak pèspektif yo sou pwosesis demokratizasyon Ayiti a. Yo analize poukisa kandidati Julio Larosilière pou senatè pa t resevwa, epi yo pale kesyon konpwomi ant egzekitif ak lejislatif la (epi diferans ant "konpwomi" ak "konpwomisyon"). Yo deklare nan ki komisyon sena yo ta renmen travay, epi yo pale kesyon èske y ap defann enterè moun ki te vote yo oubyen enterè tout nasyon an. Yo pale sou konstitisyon 1987 la, epi sou wòl yon senatè an jeneral. Premye ak dènye pati emisyon an genlè manke.
Three senate candidates -- Lafontant Joseph, Gérard Romulus, and Seymour Romain -- take questions from listeners and share their political platforms and perspectives on Haiti's process of democratization. They discuss why Julio Larosilère's senate candidacy might have been refused; the question of compromise between the executive and the legislative branch (and the difference between "compromise" and "compromission," a bad-faith compromise); what parliamentary commissions they would like to serve on; the balance of serving their constituencies versus serving the nation; the 1987 Constitution; and the role of a senator in general. First and last parts of recording appear to be missing.
