Jean Dominique entèvyouve Maxime Roumer, ansyen epi fiti senatè Grandans lan. Yo pale sou pwoblèm Grandans lan, sitou onivo sante, epi sou gwo koudmen doktè kiben yo ap bay pou amelyore eta sante zòn nan. Aprè sa, yo pale kesyon eleksyon. Pati politik Roumer a, KOREGA, pa dakò avèk chwa KEP la fè pou manm Biwo Elektoral Depatmantal (BED) Jeremi a. Yo kwè BED sa a gen patipri kont KOREGA. Dapre Roumer, menm gen ansyen FRAPH nan BED la.
Jean Dominique interviews once-and-future senator of the Grand'Anse, Maxime Roumer. They discuss the problems of the Grand'Anse, particularly in terms of health care, and the important contribution that Cuban doctors have made in providing health care in that region. The conversation turns then to elections. Roumer's party, KOREGA, is displeased with the CEP's choice of members for the Bureau Électoral Départemental (BED) in Jérémie, believing them to have anti-KOREGA bias. According to Roumer, some members are even former FRAPH. However, Roumer declares that KOREGA had nothing to do with fires at the electoral bureau that spread through Jérémie and were stopped only through the solidarity of the population -- to claim that he had a role in this fire is defamation.
