Carl Henri Guiteau and Garaudy Laguerre discuss the creation of the Institut supérieur de Formation politique et sociale (ISPOS), which they describe as an institution that both encourages civic engagement and dialogue between political camps, and trains students in political and social sciences. There are many different political figures with different ideologies who are participating in ISPOS, including Mirlande Manigat, Camille Chalmers, Suzy Castor, and others -- the only major camp that is not participating is Fanmi Lavalas. They also discuss the activites of the National Democratic Institute (NDI) and the International Republican Institute (IRI) in Haiti, and the coming elections.
Carl Henri Guiteau et Garaudy Laguerre parlent de la création de l’Institut supérieur de formation politique et sociale (ISPOS). Il s’agit, selon eux, d’une institution qui encourage l’engagement civique et le dialogue entre différents secteurs politiques, et qui donne aux étudiants une formation en sciences politiques et sociales. Différentes personnalités politiques, de différentes idéologies, participent à l’ISPOS comme Mirlande Manigat, Camille Chalmers et Suzy Castor. Seul Fanmi Lavalas ne participera pas. Les invités parlent aussi des activités du National Democratic Institute (NDI) et de l’International Republican Institute (IRI) en Haïti, et des prochaines élections.
