Jean Dominique entèvyouve Senatè Wesner Emmanuel sou sityasyon politik aktyèl peyi d Ayiti: blokaj k ap kontinye ant 46yèm lejislati ak egzekitif la, koman gouvènans tounen "jere katastwòf," koripsyon anndan Lavalas, epi pwoblèm ensekirite (epi kesyon sektè prive ki plede di yo bezwen yon solisyon a pwoblèm ensekirite a, menm si gen sètèn manm boujwazi k ap kreye ensekirite yo menm). Yo pale tou sou edikasyon, pwojè kafe "Haitian bleu," mank transparans leta (ki se yonn nan "twa wòch dife" Aristide te pwomèt yo), epi mank kontwòl sou ONG k ap travay nan peyi a.
Jean Dominique interviews Senator Wesner Emmanuel about Haiti's current political situation: the ongoing stalemate between the 46th legislature and the executive branch, how governance has been reduced to "managing catastrophes," corruption in the Lavalas party, and the problem of insecurity (and the question of the private sector which claims to want a solution to insecurity while certain members of the bourgeoisie are in fact creating insecurity). They also discuss education, the Haitian bleu coffee project, lack of government transparency (one of Aristide's "twa wòch dife"), and the lack of regulation of NGOs in Haiti. Can Lavalas restore itself, clean itself, and move forward?
