They also discuss corruption in the justice system (including judges who participate in the drug trade, especially in the Sud-Est department), justice for victims of the coup d'état (particularly preparations for the the Raboteau trial), the case of the Carrefour-Feuilles massacre and other instances of police brutality (including police violence against journalists during a Lavalas demonstration on the Champ-de-Mars), and preparations for the 2000 elections.
