  • Dr. Kelly Bastien, the former president of the 46th legislature, discusses the agreement signed between President René Préval and six members of the Espace de Concertation, aimed at resolving the ongoing political crisis. OPL was the only political party in the Espace de Concertation not to sign the agreement.
