Evans "Dady" Lescouflair, ki se Sekretè Leta pou Jenès, Spò, ak Aksyon Sivik, pale sou brigad aksyon sivik li te kreye yo, kote yo fòme epi òganize jèn yo reyalize yon seri pwojè sèvis sivik (tankou premye swen, dirije sikilasyon, ede moun lè gen yon dezas, elatriye). Li di se pa vrè ke gouvènman Préval la ap eseye monte yon lòt fòs lapolis paralèl, epi li dekri pwojè k ap reyalize an pwovens ak sa k ap fèt nan Pòtoprens. Li dekri tou lòt pwojè k ap fèt pou jèn yo, tankou lig nasyonal foutbòl ak Fédération Haïtienne de Football, ak lòt spò, epi sou koperasyon entènasyonal nan tout domèn sa yo. Lescouflair pale tou sou pwòp afilyasyon politik pa l (OPL) epi rapò li avèk Jean-Bertrand Aristide ak René Préval.
Evans "Dady" Lescouflair, the Secretary of State for Youth, Sports, and Civic Action, discusses the civic action brigades he has created, in which young people are trained and organized to do a variety of civic service projects (first aid, directing traffic, assisting in disasters, and so on). He denies that the Préval government is trying to mount an alternative police force, and describes projects in the countryside as well as in Port-au-Prince. He also describes other projects for young people, including national soccer leagues and the Fédération Haïtienne de Football, and other sports, as well as international cooperation in all these domains. Lescouflair also discusses his own political affiliation (OPL) and his relationships with Jean-Bertrand Aristide and René Préval.
