  • Jean Dominique rencontre Luckner Malebranche, président de l’Association des chauffeurs-guides d’Haïti (ACGH), sur un projet avec le ministère des Finances, dirigé par Fred Joseph. Il va mettre des véhicules publics à la disposition de l’ACGH pour développer le secteur touristique. Parmi d’autres sujets, Dominique et Malebranche discutent de la signification des partenariats public-privé, et sur l’histoire de l’ACGH qui, dans le passé, avait des liens avec le secteur macoute.

  • Jean Dominique interviews Luckner Malebranche, the president of the Association des Chauffeurs Guides d'Haïti (ACGH), about a project in which the Ministry of Finance (under Fred Joseph) will make state-owned vehicles (buses and all-terrain vehicles) available to the ACGH to develop the tourism sector. Among other subjects, Dominique and Malebranche discuss what a private-public partnership entails, and the ACGH's Macoute history.
