Benoît says that the political crisis is three interconnected crises: an electoral crisis, a governmental crisis, and an institutional crisis. They discuss the conflict between OPL and Lavalas --and argue about Benoît's way of conceptualizing the crisis and whether his criticisms of Préval are influenced by OPL.
