Jean Dominique entèvyouve Lydie Parent, ki se majistra komin Petyonvil, avèk majistra adjwen an, Victor Emmanuel Danis. Yo pale sou ki pwoblèm Petyonvil ap afwonte epi sou ki taktik lameri a pran pou l rezoud pwoblèm sila yo. Pami yo gen degèpisman machann k ap vann sou twotwa epi kreyasyon mache piblik ki fòmèl, amelyorasyon lekòl nan seksyon kominal yo, konfli ant komin nan ak leta sou kesyon tè piblik, obstak k ap anpeche komin nan kolekte taks kòmsadwa, epi bidonvil k ap pouse kou djondjon, pa egzanp Jalouzi, k ap kreye ewozyon sou mòn Petyonvil yo.
Jean Dominique interviews mayor of the commune of Pétionville, Lydie Parent, and deputy mayor Victor Emmanuel Danis. They discuss the problems facing Pétionville and the strategies the municipal government has undertaken to solve these problems. These include the removal of sidewalk merchants and the creation of formal public markets, improving schools in rural areas, conflicts between the commune and the central government over public lands, the challenges of tax collection, and the growth of hillside slums such as Jalousie which lead to erosion.
