Dominique and Bernardin analyze the structural challenges of power-sharing in Haiti, and the conflict between neoliberal and antineoliberal factions in parliament. Can there really be a free market, asks Bernardin, when the economy is dominated by monopolies? Nonetheless, he has hope that Haiti can emerge from the crisis.
