They discuss the possibilities for exchange and cooperation between Haitian and Cuban doctors, and the challenges facing the Haitian medical system. Dominique also asks about the effects of the US embargo of Cuba on the Cuban health sector, and about the Cuban system of universal health care. Dr. Tania Pierre-Charles translates.
