  • Agronomist Roosevelt St. Dick, general director of the Fonds de Développement Industriel (FDI), discusses agricultural production in Haiti, especially on the sugar cane and rice industries. The FDI ordered a study on the value of all sugar cane and rice products and their impact on the economy, especially in rural sectors. Jean Dominique and St. Dick discuss the transformation of sugar cane and rice to their various final products.
