  • Jean Dominique interviews president of the senate and National Assembly Jean Gardy Leblanc, who recently participated in a parliamentary meeting in Canada concerning a commercial and economic opening among all countries in the Americas. They discuss how this continental free market might counterbalance the hegemonic weight of the United States in the Americas. Dominique asks that since these other countries want free circulation of goods and capital, whether they are also open to free circulation of workers, in other words, immigration.
