Konsènan wòl aksyonè minoritè pandan pwosesis privatizasyon an dewoule, Lambert souliye fidelite li pou peyi Ayiti. Sepandan, li kritike Asanble Nasyonal la ak Minis Finans Fred Joseph; dapre li, leta maltrete aksyonè minoritè yo anpil.
Claude Lambert, representing the minority shareholders in Ciment d'Haïti, discusses his role within the company and the process of privatization of the company under the Conseil pour la modernisation des entreprises publiques (CMEP). The Lambert brothers, from France, were the original owners of Ciment d'Haïti. The Haitian state then became the majority shareholder during the Duvalier period, with the Lamberts and other foreigners from Venezuela (particularly Andrés Rodriguez), Switzerland, France, and the US as minority shareholders. Regarding the sale of Ciment d'Haïti to the Haitian state, Lambert says this does not constitute selling Ciment d'Haïti to the Duvalier family. In discussing the role of minority shareholders as the privatization process evolves, Lambert underlines his commitment to Haiti. However, Lambert criticizes the Haitian National Assembly and Minister of Finance Fred Joseph as treating the minority shareholders scandalously.
