  • Françoise Boucard, former chair of the National Truth and Justice Commission, discusses the report that the Commission submitted to President Aristide, containing its findings on human rights violations committed during the coup years and recommendations for justice and reparations for the victims. However, little action has been taken: the state (particularly the Ministry of Justice) has not acted upon or distributed the report or sought justice.
