  • Jean Dominique interviews Dr. Michel Lominy who is a physician from Jacmel and founder of the Association pour la Promotion et le Développement Economique du Sud-Est to explain the origins of the project and at where the project is currently. Lominy explains that despite being from Jacmel, he did not start the project to help only Jacmel, but rather to help the entire Sud-Est region. He discusses fundamental infrasructure lacking throughout the country, such as electricity, telephone lines, roads, and running water. The project's goal is to develop these resources in the area, even though providing these services should be the role of the state. Lominy emphasizes the importance of electricity for the development of a country.

  • Jean Dominique rencontre le Dr Michel Lominy, originaire de Jacmel et fondateur de l’Association pour la Promotion et le Développement Economique du Sud-Est, pour parler de la naissance de cette association et de ses projets actuels. Lominy déclare que même s’il est originaire de Jacmel, ce projet n’aidera pas seulement cette ville mais toute la région du Sud-Est. Il parle des infrastructures de base inexistantes dans le pays, comme l’électricité, le téléphone, les routes et l’eau courante. C’est le développement de ces infrastructures qui est l’objectif de l’association, même s’il devrait s’agir du rôle de l’état. Lominy met l’accent sur l’importance de l’électrification pour le développement d’un pays.
