  • Jean Dominique interviews the financial administrative director of the Port-au-Prince municipal government Jean Yves Jason to summarize different development projects the municipality has planned for Port-au-Prince. He discusses projects for waste removal and slum removal, and the construction of green public spaces. They discuss the problem of merchants selling wares in the streets, but state that municipality must first find an alternative place where merchants can sell before they prohibit selling in the street. Jason discusses modernization plans for Croix-des-Bossales neighborhood and market.
