  • Jean Dominique interviews Ericq Pierre, Haiti's executive director at the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) and the representative for the Haitian government in the IADB's administrative council. Pierre explains that there is money available for Haiti in the IADB, but there are numerous reasons that Haiti will likely not receive that money. Additionally, other IADB countries are prepared to receive the money that was initially made available for Haiti. Pierre elaborates on the reasons for Haiti's not receiving the money.
