Dominique asks whether the Macoutes behind these actions have a larger plan of destabilization. They discuss foreign products coming to Haiti through customs and how the senate can intervene to reduce inflation caused by these imported products. Chery describes the danger Macoutism poses for Haiti and how the Lavalas party can counteract this. They discuss the importance of agrarian reform in reducing land conflicts and resolving injustice.
