They oppose President Préval's plan for agrarian reform because they do not find it effective. They state that the method of land distribution as detailed in the plan has many negative aspects, and that the program in general has scientific and technological limitations. They discuss how they think the program could be improved. They say that the program does not have a solid plan to end land conflicts.
