Description:

  • Gilles Danroc pale sou nouvo ti liv li soti a, ki rele « État de droit, décentralisation » , ak vizyon li pou yon "desantralizasyon altènatif" ak yon gouvènman ki sèvi sitwayen ki pi pòv yo olye li peze-souse yo. Li egzamine an patikilye wòl KAZEK yo (Konsèy Administrasyon Seksyon Kominal) ak sa k fè l diferan pa rapò ak chèf seksyon represif yo. Li eksprime lespwa ke enstans politik ak administratif ki pi pwòch peyizan yo pral reprezante enterè yo epi ede sistèm eksklizyon kaba.

  • Gilles Danroc discusses his new book, ÉTAT DE DROIT, DÉCENTRALISATION, and his vision for an "alternative decentralization" and a government that serves its poorest rural citizens rather than exploiting them. He explores in particular the role of the CASEC (Conseil d'Administration de la Section Communale) and how it differs from the repressive chef de section, and expresses his hope that political and administrative entities that are more proximate to the peasantry will better represent their interests and contribute to an end to exclusion. ÉTAT DE DROIT, DÉCENTRALISATION was co-written by Gérard Barthélemy and Tony Cantave.
