Ethéart explains how INARA's situation has improved since his last appearance on Radio Haiti. Ethéart discusses the importance of putting an end to violence rooted in land conflicts in Artibonite. They discuss international aid pledged to help INARA reach its goals, and to encourage family-owned enterprises. Ethéart discusses a proposed tax on Dominican plantains and other imported foods that are making it difficult for Haitian farmers to sell their produce.

Ethéart explique que la situation de l’INARA s’est améliorée depuis son passage précédent à Radio Haïti. Il explique qu’il est important de mettre fin à la violence qui accompagne les conflits terriens dans l’Artibonite. Discussion sur l’aide internationale qui va permettre à l’INARA de réaliser ses objectifs, et sur le plan pour encourager le développement de l’entreprise familiale. Ethéart évoque une éventuelle taxe sur la banane dominicaine et sur d’autres nourritures importées qui empêchent les planteurs haïtiens de vendre leurs produits.
