Jean Dominiqe interviews Leslie Michel, director of the Système national de formation professionnelle (SNFP) and Institut National de Formation Professionnelle (INFP) about professional training Michel explains the training and qualifications required for different fields. Dominique asks Michel about factory technician jobs going to Filipino workers instead of Haitian workers. Michel explains that foreigners who are getting those jobs have a level of training difficult to find in Haiti. Michel discusses the INFP's plan to start training programs in different fields of the informal sector. Dominique asks Michel to explain how professional training can help increase domestic production.

Michel explique que ces étrangers ont un entrainement difficile à trouver en Haïti. Michel parle du plan de l’INFP pour des programmes de formation à différents métiers du secteur informel.
