Jean Dominique entèvyouve Joubert Neptune, prezidan Kou Siperyè Kont ak Litij Administratif, sou fonksyon Kou Kont la ak kèk dosye ki devan kou a aktyèlman. Neptune di Kou a se yon tribinal endepandan ke Konstitisyon 1987 la te mete an plas pou fè kontwòl ak verifikasyon depans ak resèt ministè yo, epi pou entèvni si gen yon konfli ant yon administre ak yon administrasyon piblik, oswa ant de enstitisyon leta. Jean Dominique interviews Joubert Neptune, president of the Cour Supérieure des Comptes et du contentieux administratif (CSCCA), about the function of the CSCCA and cases currently being processed by the CSCCA. Neptune explains that the CSCCA is an independent court established by the 1987 Constitution to control and verify the budgets and spending of government ministries, and to intervene in case of conflict between the administered and public administrations, and between governmental institutions. Neptune discusses checks for the Office National d’Assurance (ONA) currently blocked by the CSCCA, and the issue of fake checks.
