Kat manm Tèt Kole Ti Peyizan Ayisyen -- Orly Saint-Louis, Sylvain Jean, Alma Vincent, ak Pierre Joseph -- pale sou siksè yo gentan reyalize (kraze lame ak sistèm chèf seksyon an) ak pikan kwenna yo jwenn toujou, tankou lavichè, plan neyoliberal, èd entènasyonal, enpòtasyon pwodwi pèpè, ONG ki pito ankadre KAZEK ak lòt lidè kominal ki nan koripsyon -- tout pwoblèm ki menase pwodiksyon nasyonal ak mwayen pou ti peyizan yo ka viv. Yo pale tou sou traka ti peyizan konn pase lè yo depann sou grandon pou tout bagay, ki oblije prann demwatye nan men grandon, epi sou echèk pwogram refòm agrè a.
Four members of Tèt Kole Ti Peyizan Ayisyen -- Orly Saint-Louis, Sylvain Jean, Alma Vincent, and Pierre Joseph -- discuss their triumphs (including the disbanding of the army and the end of the chefs de section), and continuing challenges, including inflation, neoliberal reforms, international aid, importation of foreign products and goods, NGOs who favor corrupt leaders of the "section rurale" (CASEC, etc.) that threaten national production and the livelihood of rural cultivators. They view Aristide and the Lavalas party's acceptance of neoliberal policy to be against the interest of the Haitian masses. They also discuss the plight of rural farmers who depend on local landowners and who effectively work as sharecroppers, and the failure of agrarian reform. Dominique speaks of the closure of the Pharval laboratories after the discovery of poisoned cough syrup and irrigation projects, and asks if this is not evidence of the state beginning to take responsibility.
