He discusses a national forum he is planning with youth from different regions of Haiti to hear their vision for the future. Lescouflair talks about the importance of sports to youth, not only for their own personal benefit, but for the larger goal of national development. He talks about opening a soccer training school that will also include civic formation and Creole in the curriculum. They discuss the effects of the coup d'etat on mobilization and popular organizations.

Lescouflair parle de l’importance du sport dans la vie des jeunes du pays, pas seulement pour eux mais pour le développement d’Haïti.
