He explains what he thinks solutions to the flooding are, including soil restoration to prevent future landslides and clearing blockages in the Baradères river and the ravines that flow through the city. UCG has promised to release funds for Baptiste to materialize his solution in June. Roumer elaborates on why the topography of Baradères makes it especially vulnerable to severe flooding. They discuss how flooding affects Baradères roads.
