Jean Dominique fè entèvyou sa avèk animatè ak tayè Hanz Garoute ak Reynald Orival sou endistri kouti a k ap fè bak, akoz rad etranje k ap anvayi mache rad ayisyen an, epi akoz gen anpil moun ki panse tayè se yon "ti" metye. Garoute ensiste kouti se youn nan kle avni Ayiti, si leta a ta sipòte tayè epi ankouraje yo modènize jan yo pwodwi rad. Orival pale sou kijan li te jere yon lekòl kouti anvan li te fè animasyon radyo pou pwomote kouti avèk Garoute. Yo pale sou kijan yo pwomote metye kouti a nan yon nivo lokal ak nasyonal avèk INDEPCO.
Jean Dominique interviews media personalities and tailors Hanz Garoute and Reynald Orival about the decline of the garment industry due to foreign-made clothes flooding the markets, and the perception that clothing manufacture plays a minimal role in national economy. Garoute, CEO of INDEPCO, credits the economic growth of France and Taiwan following World War II to the expansion of their textile industries. Garoute states that the Haitian textile industry can grow to become a national export. Dominique asks whether this is feasible for Haiti's economy, since the cloth used by many local tailors is manufactured abroad. Garoute insists that clothing manufacturing is in Haiti's future, if the government were to actively support private tailor shops to industrialize their methods. Orival describes his background from leading a tailoring school to promoting the trade with Garoute via radio. They discuss promoting tailoring at the local and national level with INDEPCO.
