  • Dix-sept jours avant le second tour des élections nationales, Jean Dominique interviewe le secrétaire général du Comité National du Congrès des Mouvements Démocratiques (CONACOM), le professeur Victor Benoît. Ce dernier explique pourquoi il a déclaré que CONACOM ne participerait pas au second tour et décrit les conditions sous lesquelles CONACOM accepterait de revenir dans l'élection.
