Jean Dominique fè yon entèvyou avèk Jacques Édouard Alexis ak Michel Hector, de direktè inivèsite leta ak prive an Ayiti. Prezidan an mete yo an chaj pou yo brase lide pou jwenn kèk refòm pou sistèm inivèsitè a. Yo pale sou difikilte yo jwenn nan travay la. Pa egzamp, gen moun nan klas boujwa ki pito voye pitit yo inivèsite nan lòt peyi ke pou yo itilize mwayen yo pou yo ede inivèsite an Ayiti yo vanse. Epitou, pa gen anpil mwayen pou yo mete bon materyèl nan laboratwa oswa bibliyotèk yo nan inivèsite yo.
Jean Dominique interviews Jacques Édouard Alexis and Michel Hector, both of whom are directors of public and private universities, who have been charged by the president with brainstorming national education reforms. They discuss challenges they have encountered so far, such as apathy from the bourgeois class, many of whom would rather educate their children abroad than use their resources to help with reform in Haiti. Lack of resources to furnish facilities such as laboratories and libraries also a problem they have encountered.
