  • Several peasant farmers from Mahotière, near Beauchamp, describe how they were arrested by the chef de section when they gathered to celebrate the first anniversary of the March 29 constitutional referendum. According to the chef de section, such gatherings are prohibited. The peasants are accused of being communist.

  • Plusieurs paysans de Mahotière, près de Beauchamp, racontent comment ils furent arrêtés par le chef de section alors qu'ils se réunissaient pour célébrer le premier anniversaire du référendum constitutionnel du 29 mars. Selon le chef de section, de tels rassemblements sont interdits. Les paysans sont accusés d'être communistes.
