(00:03:09) Le père Jean-Bertrand Aristide parle de son projet de création d'une fête de Noël pour les enfants à la crèche de Saint-Jean-Bosco malgré les problèmes actuels du pays. Il exprime son souhait de construire un « autre Haïti » au contraire du « laid Haïti » qui souffre toujours du Macoutisme - de l'armée macoute et de sa mentalité. Concernant le conflit entre les catholiques, les protestants et les adeptes du vaudou, il affirme qu'Haïti n'a pas de problème avec le vaudou mais avec les Macoutes qui profitent (et abusent) de cette religion. Le vaudou fait partie de la culture haïtienne et n'est pas incompatible avec Ti Legliz. Les conflits de religion sont un moyen pour les riches de diviser et contrôler les pauvres.   • (00:00:00) Hugues Florvil reports from Cap-Haïtien on the new CEP's December 20 visit to open a new electoral bureau(00:03:09) Father Jean-Bertrand Aristide discusses plans to create a Christmas celebration for the children at the the crèche at St. Jean Bosco, despite all the problems in the country right now. He describes the idea of "another Haiti" he wishes to build, in contrast to "Ugly Haiti" which still suffers from the problem of Macoutism -- of the "Macoute army" and the persistence of the Macoute mentality. As for the conflict between Catholics and Protestants and Vodou adherents, he says that Haiti doesn't have a Vodou problem, it has a Macoute problem, because Macoutes are using, or misusing, Vodou to their advantage. Vodou is part of Haitian culture and is not incompatible with the Ti Legliz. Religious conflict is a way for the powerful to divide and conquer the poor.
