- Description:
-
Guangdong Province. After the communization, the commune had several eating halls in the area and that was when people start to get hungry. Even when someone was celebrating a baby after being born twenty days, people could only get sweet potato porridge. After year, they lost their own field and had to get food from the production team based on the number of their family members. They also brought their children everywhere to attend the commune’s meetings.
