Letter from Burns to William Dunbar (d. 1807) in Edinburgh thanking him for the gift of a set of the writings of Edmund Spenser. Burns closed the letter with a stanza of poetry. Transcription of the letter is included. Part of the Harry L. and Mary K. Dalton Collection.
