On purported election fraud in Baltimore election of Nov. 2, 1859, including voters being forced to vote for particular candidates and individuals voting multiple times. "Literal extracts from testimony of citizens of Baltimore, taken under oath before a magistrate, relative to the outrages and fraud at the state election in Baltimore, Md., on Wednesday, November 2d, 1859."
