Leaflet of the Italian Liberal Party in Milan regarding a National Conference about tourism, where it was discussed the need of abolish the bureaucratic obstacles that prevent the afflux of foreign tourists, so necessary for the Italian economy. The term “Progressive democracy” comes from Togliatti’s the speech in Naples on 1944, where he said that the goal for Italian people to be realized after the war, will be to create in Italy a democratic and progressive regime, meaning a government of the people, where all Italian political parties reach an agreement on the reconstruction of post-war plan: this agreement is a democratic and progressive regime.
